the reformer is a dynamic piece of workout equipment that promotes full body engagement on many exercises.
All sessions will incorporate core integration, mindful breathing, and stretching.

our classes are open to all levels of experience. while doing pilates, sessions will engage the whole body, but we also provide insight into what’s to come in each session by letting you know what the “focus” of class will be: full body, upper body, or lower body.

Workshop

Our workshops are designed to offer clients the opportunity to practice pilates and learn more about the reformer machine through a schedule of 2 sessions per week that follow a progressive program over the course of 6 weeks. the goal is to familiarize yourself with the equipment, to ultimately build confidence in your reformer workouts. great option for newcomers and those who crave understanding their workouts.
